The Foundry and Machining shop are divided in two locaon 50,000 sq area. Foundry consists of Inducon Furnaces and automac shell molding with core shooter machines having output capacity of up to 20 Tons/Day. The Machine shop has CNC, VMC, boring, honing, grinding, and custom made lathe machines to produce products within strict tolerance window as required byour customers.

The shop also contains a chemical and metallurgylab handled byourQualityAssurance team, who are trained and cerfied to operate slip gauges, surface roughness testers, height gauges, spectrometer, profile projector, metallurgical microscope, hardness testeretc.
