The sand mold is mixed with clay (suitable bonding agent) and other substances to develop strength and plascity of the mould and to make the aggregate suitable for molding. The sand is contained in system of frames with mold cavity and gang system that will eventually become a paern.

In the casting phase, the Liner, Sleeves, and Blocks are poured into the sand pattern. Throughout this process, critical temperatures are continuously monitored to ensure the highest quality. This meticulous temperature control is maintained at every stage of the cycle, guaranteeing consistent and superior results.

In the forming stage, the poured material within the pattern is left to naturally cool at room temperature until it reaches the appropriate state for removal from the pattern. This controlled cooling process ensures that the material is ready for the next step in production.

After casting, Liners, Sleeves, and Blocks undergo sequential machining processes. They start with rough machining, followed by finish machining and fine boring. The finished products proceed to honing and grinding to achieve their desired appearance. Ultimately, precise cutting shapes the raw material into its final form.

Our product undergoes thorough cleaning process with the use of appropriate rust prevenves. Once the product is treated to avoid all kind of environmental effects, it is packed in heavydutyplasc and cardboard material that will resist transportaon damages.
